Alina has a wide range of experience across corporate transactional and advisory work including in M&A and in particular takeovers, focusing on due diligence reports on the targets, implementation of pre-transaction measures and legal advice on post-acquisition matters.

She works with major clients to set-up Romanian companies or Romanian subsidiaries of multinational companies and provides day-to-day legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters for ongoing businesses – share capital increase procedures, change of management and control bodies, shares transfers, liquidation procedures and legal support in the board of directors and general shareholders assembly meetings.

Alina has fluent knowledge in the field of healthcare & pharmaceuticals and provides sound counsel on legal matters related to commercial agreements and implementation of business ethics codes of conduct.

Her legal assistance covers also matters related to conventional energy and renewable energy or M&A transactions which require regulatory or energy market assessment.
