Andra Constantinescu

Andra’s main area of practice is dispute resolution. She assists clients in both international arbitration proceedings held under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce and the Court of International Commercial Arbitration (Bucharest) and in disputes before national courts of law.

Her arbitration practice focuses on construction disputes deriving mainly from the performance of FIDIC works contracts, but also from other contracts concluded in areas such as energy, privatization and real estate.

Andra’s litigation experience covers a wide range of disputes in civil and commercial law, administrative and public procurement law, employment law, intellectual property law and debt collection.
