Diana Raluca Stoica

Diana is a dispute resolution lawyer with over eight years of experience in representing clients in a wide array of fields, such as civil and commercial law, restructuring and insolvency, real estate, insurance litigation, administrative law, family law, and labor law.

Throughout her career, Diana has been involved in complex mandates, providing legal assistance and representation to multinationals and major local business entities such as banking financial institutions or leasing companies on a wide range of matters, both before the courts of law and relevant public institutions and authorities.

Diana has a breadth of experience in insolvency proceedings, particular in the recovery and restructuring of high value non-performing loans, the analysis of reorganization plans, the identification and design of strategies to increase the recovery rate of receivables.

Her practice also includes advising on aspects of legal due diligence, as well as projects relating to the negotiation and closing of various transactions between professionals.
