Practice Focus

Ionut is a member of the Litigation practice and focuses on civil and commercial disputes. He has experience across a broad range of banking litigation, with an emphasis on representing clients in cases regarding abusive clauses and the law of giving in payment.

Ionut regularly advises clients also on matters related to white-collar crime and real estate, with respect to disputes concerning the ownership right over real property and the recovery of property abusively seized by the former communist regime.
