Silvia Gogan

Silvia focuses on disputes in areas such as commercial contracts, contractual claims, corporate disputes, employment negligence and administrative procedures. Her practice includes risk mitigation and advising clients in pre-litigation phases.

She assists clients in both arbitration proceedings held under the auspices of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration (Bucharest) and in disputes before national courts of law.

She has an impressive track record in representing domestic and foreign corporations in high-value litigation cases in various industries such as: aerospace, automotive, agriculture, commercial & professional services, constructions & materials, retail, real estate, renewable energy, and transportation.

Silvia holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Sorbonne University.
