Andra Cristina Ciotir

A litigation lawyer with approximately seven years of experience, Andra Ciotir specializes in civil and commercial litigation, as well as administrative law and administrative litigation. Her activity includes representing individuals and companies before courts in a wide range of disputes, including unfair competition, intellectual property matters and proceedings concerning the protection of intellectual property rights before the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM).
Her practice also covers disputes relating to social security law, employment law, corporate law and medical malpractice litigation.
Her recent work includes involvement in one of the largest collective disputes in the Romanian social security field concerning the elimination of age-limit allowances granted to former members of Parliament, where approximately 430 individuals were represented in numerous proceedings before courts across the country.
She is also involved in complex commercial disputes concerning unfair competition, with implications in corporate and intellectual property law, particularly in cases arising from conflicts between shareholders.
Andra Ciotir graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest.
