ZRVP has expanded its management team to 17 partners by promoting lawyers Violeta Saranciuc and Alexandru Iorgulescu to partners. Four other lawyers in the litigation department have been promoted to different levels of seniority.

ZRVP Wins Tax Dispute Worth Over Ten Million Lei
ZRVP has obtained in court the annulment of the tax decision issued by the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) for a company active in the aerosol market, specialized in the sale of technical and pure gases.
ZRVP was retained by TTS (Transport Trade Services) S.A. as its legal adviser for the acquisition of 99.9% of the share capital of Decirom S.A., operator of the Port of Constanta.
Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine recently released the 2023 edition of its annual guide to the world’s top patent practitioners, highly recommending ZRVP, and all three of its partners individually, for patent litigation and transactions.
Of the seven promotions, two were to middle-management positions and five other lawyers have taken a step forward in their careers and become Senior Associates.
