Bianca Sfrija

Bianca is a labor law specialist who advises on all aspects of employment relations across both the public and private sectors.

She provides ongoing legal consultancy to clients, assisting with the drafting of internal procedures and regulations, negotiating mutual terminations of employment contracts, and preparing various employer decisions. Bianca has also been involved in complex collective dismissal projects, contributing to the preparation of all related documentation.

Her experience extends to employment litigation, primarily representing corporate clients. She has handled a wide range of disputes, including matters concerning salary rights, bonuses, disciplinary liability, as well as cases involving workplace harassment (mobbing) and employers’ contractual liability.
