Adina Jivan focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, contentious administrative proceedings and insurance law.

Having solid experience in the area of dispute resolution, Adina’s practice covers a wide spectrum of litigation matters, including disputes pertaining to real estate and construction contracts, employment matters, contract liability, debt recovery and insolvency proceedings.

Adina has successfully represented clients in challenging decisions of the Romanian Competition Council, Tax Authorities, Consumer Protection Authority and in public procurement disputes.Adina has also a strong track record in insurance litigation, with a special focus on malpractice cases and moral damages.
