Practice Focus
A litigation lawyer with over ten years of experience, Alina Munteanu has participated in numerous complex projects and disputes. Her practice focuses primarily on civil, commercial, corporate, banking and administrative litigation. She has represented both domestic and international clients in a wide range of disputes, gaining solid experience in litigation arising from commercial and administrative contracts, as well as in actions seeking the annulment of shareholders’ resolutions.
Her practice also includes cases involving property rights, such as ownership claims, accession and superficies rights, including complex matters arising from the overlap between the State’s public property rights and the private property rights of legal entities.
