A litigator with over five years of experience, Alina Munteanu specializes in civil, commercial, banking, and administrative litigation. She regularly litigates complex insolvency and restructuring disputes and advises corporations and financial institutions with respect to legal issues arising in such procedures.

Her recent practice includes representing the main competitor in the wagon repair market in a high-value action for the recovery of damages or assisting one of the most important competitors in the rental equipment market for real estate development in an action for the recovery of a contract advance payment of over RON 11,000,000.

Alina holds a LL.M in International and European Business Law from Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain D’Etudes Européennes (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne) and a LL.M in International Arbitration from the University of Bucharest.
