Practice Focus
Carina is specialized in international arbitration and litigation, as well as construction disputes.
She has gained extensive experience in complex international arbitration disputes conducted in accordance with the rules of major arbitral institutions (ICC, VIAC, UNCITRAL, CCIR) across a wide range of industry sectors and a variety of projects, such as FIDIC-based projects, construction and engineering projects, real-estate sector and other disputes related to commercial matters, etc. Carina`s experience in international arbitration includes representing and advising clients in ad-hoc proceedings or emergency arbitrator proceedings.
In court, Carina primary pleads in arbitration-related proceedings (such as setting aside actions or exequatur), real estate and constructions cases, commercial disputes and general administrative contentious.
Carina holds a master`s degree (LL.M) in Business Law from the University of Bucharest and she was a Mentee in 2023-2024 YRAP (Young Romanian Arbitration Practitioners) 2nd Cycle Mentoring Programme. She is also a member of Young ICCA since April 2023.
