Practice Focus
With over six years of experience in the field, Ioan is part of the firm’s arbitration team, specializing in commercial, administrative, construction and real estate disputes.
His main activity focuses on international arbitration and dispute resolution, assisting clients from various industries, particularly in disputes arising from FIDIC and public–private partnership contracts.
Ioan is involved primarily in arbitral proceedings administered by the ICC, as well as in those conducted under the UNCITRAL Rules.
