Ion – Gabriel Enache

Ion-Gabriel Enache is a litigator with more than a decade of experience in legal practice.
He is particularly involved in employment law litigation, an area in which he has consistently stood out through a pragmatic and innovative approach, confirmed by numerous court decisions rendered in favor of his clients, both employers and employees.
He is also recognized for his contribution to favorable outcomes in civil litigation, complex commercial and administrative disputes in which he has assisted and represented clients active in various industries such as IT, banking, retail, automotive, aviation, construction, energy, real estate, agriculture, medicine, sports, media, advertising, gambling and outsourcing.
He graduated from the University of Bucharest, holding dual degrees in law and political science, and also holds a master’s degree in comparative politics taught in English. His main academic interests are constitutional law and European Union law.
