Laura Plotogea is a litigation lawyer with four years of experience in handling a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, administrative litigation, enforcement proceedings and constitutional challenges.
Her experience includes involvement in the nationwide management of high-stakes litigation, such as disputes concerning age-limit allowances granted to former members of Parliament, commercial disputes regarding contract performance and termination, breaches of contractual obligations and the protection of companies’ interests in contexts with significant operational impact.
She has represented companies in the manufacturing sector, retail chains and real estate developers in complex litigation, including administrative disputes concerning building permits and urban planning documentation, as well as disputes with public authorities in the energy and natural gas sectors. Her work has also included contributions to drafting constitutional challenges.
