Lucia-Marina Alexe

Lucia-Marina Alexe has been a lawyer since 2015 and has significant experience in handling a wide range of disputes, from commercial matters to administrative and tax litigation.
Currently, Lucia’s practice focuses on administrative litigation in areas such as energy, non-reimbursable financing and urban planning, with a particular emphasis on tax litigation. She also has solid experience in complex commercial disputes concerning contract performance (payment obligations, delivery delays, penalty clauses or contract termination), corporate disputes and enforcement proceedings.
Her recent work includes assisting one of the major competitors in the construction and infrastructure market in a series of corporate disputes worth tens of millions of euros, assisting one of the global leaders in labeling solutions in a tax dispute concerning corporate income tax, VAT and transfer pricing, and assisting one of the main distributors of meat products in a damages claim seeking compensation of approximately EUR 40 million.
