Sevinci Ioanaș

Sevinci is a highly experienced employment lawyer with more than 15 years of legal practice. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in providing effective representation in complex employment law matters.
Her professional experience includes seven years as a litigator, during which she successfully represented clients in a wide range of disputes before the courts. She has also spent more than six years as a legal consultant, advising clients on employment-related legal and regulatory issues and workplace compliance.
Sevinci has dedicated over 10 years of her practice exclusively to employment law, combining four years of experience representing clients in employment disputes with more than six years of advising employers and employees on a broad range of employment law matters. Her expertise spans contentious and non-contentious employment matters, both employment disputes, and also consultancy and legal assistance on drafting, reviewing, revising, amending and/or legally assisting clients on ad hoc requests regarding the applicability and implementation of new legal provisions that have or may have implications on their organization, workplace policies, internal strategic plans, employee handbooks, individual and collective employment contracts, disciplinary and dismissal procedures and documents, discrimination and harassment claims, procedures and documentation, restructuring- individual and collective redundancies’ documents, regulatory compliance, transfer of employees due to mergers, and due diligence procedures on labour law issues.
