Viorica has nearly ten years of experience in dispute resolution, during which she has represented domestic and international clients across a wide range of legal fields, with a focus on civil and commercial litigation, debt recovery, enforcement proceedings and insolvency.
In recent years, Viorica has played an essential role in managing and coordinating complex and diverse litigation matters involving substantial financial stakes and significant strategic impact for clients. She has defined and implemented procedural strategies in cases involving major commercial and administrative disputes, enforcement proceedings and insolvency procedures, ensuring the effective representation of clients before the courts. One of the impactful projects in which she was involved, successfully finalized at the end of 2025, resulted in the recognition for the client of a claim of nearly EUR 7 million against a municipality.
Her consistent involvement in highly complex projects confirms her solid expertise and ability to manage mandates involving significant responsibility.
