The Financial Supervisory Authority Reduces by 25% the Fees Owed by the Issuers

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Financial Supervisory Authority has communicated the reduction by 25% of the fees owed by issuers.
In the same context, following the Public Statement adopted by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) of March 27, 2020, the measures of the Financial Supervisory Authority are expected on the term of publication of financial reportings by the issuers.
Against the background of the economic difficulties and of the adverse consequences generated by the COVID-19 pandemic, by Regulation no. 3/2020 published in the Official Gazette, Part I no. 256 of March 27, 2020, the Financial Supervisory Authority decided to reduce by 25% the tariffs, fees, quotas and contributions owed by the entities regulated and supervised by the authority.
