GAR Know how Challenging and Enforcing Arbitration Awards 2020

Publication: Global Arbitration Review

We are proud and delighted to announce the publication of the newest edition of Global Arbitration Review’s Know-How Challenging and Enforcing Arbitration Awards. The Romania chapter was authored by Alina Tugearu and Cosmin Vasile.

The authors of each chapter have been asked to address the same 35 questions regarding: applicable requirements as to form of arbitral awards, applicable procedural law for recourse against an award, applicable procedural law for recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, recognition proceedings, service, identification of assets, enforcement proceedings, enforcement against foreign states. All relate to essential, practical information on the local approach and requirements relating to challenging or seeking to enforce awards in each jurisdiction.
