The dispute between Atelierele Pegas, the producer of the most known bike brand of Romania, and the German company ZEG Zweirad-Einkaufs-Genossenschaft eG, the owner of the Pegasus brand, was solved on April 22 in the court of first instance in the favor of the Romanian brand, represented by the dispute resolution team of the law firm Zamfirescu Racoți Vasile & Partners (ZRVP). The German company had requested in the Romanian court the annulment of the Pegas trademark.

On April 8, 2021, ZRVP’s criminal law team obtained a final solution of acquittal of the largest public transportation company from Romania, in a case file concerning the committing of a labor health and security crime and of a crime of manslaughter.

The firm has promoted Andra Constantinescu and Lidia Trandafir to the position of Managing Associate, and Alexandra Nania, Alina Cristea, Andreea Șuță, Andrei Ghiță, Dragoș Zamfir and Ion-Gabriel Enache to Senior Associates, effective March 1, 2021.
