Lucia is a skilled litigator with over nine years of experience in handling complex commercial, administrative, and fiscal litigation matters.

She is proficient in litigating intricate commercial disputes (disputes arising from various commercial contracts, including payment obligations, delivery delays, penalty clauses and contract termination) or enforcement proceedings, while also advising clients in litigation stemming from administrative acts issued by the Ministry of European Investments and Projects (MEIP) and the National Regulatory Authority in the Mining, Petroleum and Geological Storage of Carbon Dioxide (ANRMPSG).
