Ovidiu Șerban is coordinator of the civil law and family law practice of ZRVP. A litigator with over 15 years of experience, Ovidiu specializes in civil and family disputes and currently handles, together with his team, over 100 mandates, mainly divorces with children, division of assets, international abduction, adoptions and inheritance.

Over the last few years he has been mainly involved in family law projects and in 2021 he started The Child Factor, a digital platform dedicated to all legal aspects concerning family disputes and children’s rights. Ovidiu has acquired a wealth of practical experience over time as a result of active participation in some of the most important and diverse projects the company has provided legal assistance to its clients. Among these we mention tax disputes (VAT, excises, and local taxes and duties), civil disputes or arbitration proceedings deriving from the relations between professionals (construction contracts, electricity and natural gas contracts, commercial claims and debt recoveries) and also administrative disputes relating to urban and spatial planning. He is currently involved in more than 90 mandates in the field of administrative and tax litigation and disputes with professionals.
