Violeta Saranciuc Appointed as Ambassador of VIAC in Romania
Violeta Saranciuc, managing associate ZRVP, has been recently appointed as ambassador of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (VIAC) in Romania. In this role, Violeta will promote international arbitration and ADR in the CEE and SEE region and will join forces with VIAC in the mission to bring together an international community of practitioners and users around VIAC as a leading arbitral institution.
Violeta’s selection for VIAC CAN (Community Ambassador Network), preceded by an exhaustive vetting process, is an acknowledgement of her work in international arbitration and initiatives to promote and develop ADR solutions in Romania.
The VIAC is one of Europe’s premier arbitral institutions, serving as a focal point for the settlement of commercial disputes in both the regional and international community, and the CAN is part of its global network of leading arbitration professionals.
Founder and Co-Chair of Young Romanian Arbitration Practitioners (YRAP), Violeta is featured in Who’s Who Legal 2022 and 2023 – Arbitration as a Future Leader. The latest edition of WWL Arbitration describes her as “outstanding when dealing with the numerous procedural issues that can arise during arbitration hearings” and GAR has reported that she is “a rising star in arbitration”, according to client reviews.
