In order to minimise the negative effects on some categories of debtors in loan contracts, states such as, among others, Spain, France, Italy and Portugal have implemented legislative measures aimed at supporting the liquidity of undertakings and moratoria (payment deferrals) of payments under loans granted by banks or other financial institutions.

Coronavirus (COVID-19): Technical Unemployment in the Context of the Crisis Generated by the Spread of COVID-19
The Government of Romania adopted the Emergency Ordinance no. 32/2020 that amends and clarifies the provisions referring to technical unemployment allowances incurred from the state budget.
The competition has been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic and will be resumed next year.

Coronavirus (COVID-19): Emergency Situation Certificates
The Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment issued Order no. 791 of March 24, 2020 on the granting of emergency situation certificates to economic operators whose activity is affected in the context of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.
Pursuant to art. 8 of Law no. 202/1998 on the organization of the Official Gazette of Romania, any legal deeds referring to economic agents and to other categories of legal persons, and, consequently, also the deeds of companies functioning under the Companies Law no. 31/1999 shall be published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part IV.
