Disputes During the State of Emergency (2)
Are the courts still functioning during the state of emergency? How? What are the limitations for the exclusively electronic communication with the courts of law? What is being tried during the state of emergency? To what extent this functioning – at fault condition, in a community also affected by the restrictions imposed in this period – meets the real needs the society, the attorneys at law and the litigants are facing?
“Disputes During the State of Emergency” is a series of debates organized by ZRVP in partnership with Bizlawyer, on the challenges triggered by the functioning of institutions and disputes during the State of Emergency, which situation gets out of the usual pattern of the functioning of the rule of law and judicial power.
