Andrei is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer focusing on complex commercial litigation and contentious administrative disputes, including public acquisitions, tax and competition law.

Furthermore, Andrei specializes in the settlement of court and pre-court matters, assisting clients in mitigating imminent litigation or amiably solving open court procedures.

Andrei has completed several postgraduate courses in Intellectual Property held by WIPO in association with the University of Bucharest (2006, 2007).

SECURITY ALERT: FRAUDULENT MESSAGES in the Name of ZAMFIRESCU RACOTI VASILE & PARTNERS Attorneys at Law

On December 9, 2024, we became aware of a campaign involving fraudulent messages sent in the name of ZAMFIRESCU RACOTI VASILE & PARTNERS, claiming to address alleged copyright infringement notifications.

These messages are being sent from the following email addresses: leibelibna@gmail.com , lipomamarante19@gmail.com , lilafrancais733@gmail.com , shimahatake9@gmail.com , which DO NOT BELONG to ZAMFIRESCU RACOTI VASILE & PARTNERS.

We would like to inform you that any such messages are false, are fraudulently sent in the name of ZAMFIRESCU RACOȚI VASILE & PARTNERS and are intended to mislead recipients.

We strongly recommend the following actions:

Ignore and delete the messages without any interaction.
Do not click on any links or download any attachments, as they may contain harmful or malicious content.

We want to assure you that ZAMFIRESCU RACOȚI VASILE & PARTNERS has implemented all necessary measures to secure our electronic communications. To prevent incidents that may compromise personal data or other sensitive information, we also recommend activating spam message detection settings on your company’s email servers.

În data de 09.12.2024 am fost informați despre faptul că există o campanie de mesaje false transmise în numele ZAMFIRESCU RACOTI VASILE & PARTNERS având ca obiect o pretinsă notificare de încălcare a drepturilor de autor.

Mesajele sunt transmise de pe următoarele adrese de email leibelibna@gmail.com , lipomamarante19@gmail.com, lilafrancais733@gmail.com, shimahatake9@gmail.com care NU aparțin ZAMFIRESCU RACOTI VASILE & PARTNERS.

Dorim să vă informăm că orice astfel de mesaje sunt false, sunt transmise în mod fraudulos în numele ZAMFIRESCU RACOȚI VASILE & PARTNERS și au scopul de a induce în eroare destinatarii.

Recomandăm cu insistență următoarele:

Ignorați și ștergeți mesajele respective fără a interacționa cu acestea.
Nu accesați linkurile sau fișierele atașate, deoarece acestea pot conține elemente dăunătoare sau compromise.
