ZRVP’s IP practice has built its reputation on contentious work, with a strong focus on patent litigation, particularly for clients in pharma, energy, and other regulated sectors. The team also advises on trademark and design disputes, copyright matters, and domain name conflicts, alongside portfolio strategy and out-of-court settlements.
We act for clients across industries including healthcare, construction, energy, financial services, retail, cosmetics, media, and telecom, combining Romanian and EU law expertise in matters where the stakes are often business-critical.
Recognition from directories such as IAM Patent 1000, Managing IP, Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 EMEA and World Trademark Review continues to reflect the consistency of this work.
