ZRVP Advises Ana Hotels in the transaction with IHG® Hotels & Resorts for the operation of the Athénée Palace Hotel in Bucharest
ZRVP provided legal assistance in the transaction by which Ana Hotels concluded the hotel management agreement with the international group IHG® Hotels & Resorts for the operation of the hotel Athénée Palace under the InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts brand starting from 2023.
Zamfirescu Racoți Vasile & Partners provided legal assistance to 45 survivors and persons close to the Colectiv Club victims, in one of the largest and most complex pro bono projects carried out in Romania by a law firm.
The investigation, started in 2014, was conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office attached to The High Court of Cassation and Justice and concerned the activity of several hundreds of persons for an important player in the video-chat industry from Romania, accused of having committed the crimes of tax evasion and money laundering.
